The shooting was never the slow part
Three hundred portraits over two days is a manageable amount of shooting. Three hundred email addresses typed at a booth, and the week of exporting, renaming and sending that follows, is not. That is the half of the job that never appears on the invoice.
Fotoflo watches the folder you export to. The photo reaches the viewer's phone while they are still standing in front of you, with your edit already on it, and the address you would have typed gets collected at the download instead.

Before the first frame, and after the last
The setup that makes the loop work, and what you walk out with.
- One evening of setup
- Build the export preset you want viewers to actually receive, start a project, and point the desktop app at the folder that preset writes to. Then make the gallery page yours — or the client's: theme, fonts, logo, and whether the download asks for a name and email first, in consent wording you write. On the day, you open the laptop and shoot.
- Hand over the list on your way out
- The contact list exports to Excel, so the organiser has it before they have left the venue. The project stays open for 20 days for the stragglers, then stops serving, and the copies you uploaded are deleted from our storage a few days after that. There is no evening of exporting waiting for you, because it already happened.
