Event headshots
Corporate headshot booths that deliver before the attendee walks away
Conference headshot stations live or die on throughput. Fotoflo removes the two slowest steps — collecting email addresses and sending photos afterwards — so the only thing limiting you is how fast you can shoot.
The delivery is the lead capture
For most corporate clients, the headshot booth is a list-building exercise with a photographer attached. Fotoflo puts a contact form at the download step — name, email, phone and company, each optional or required as you choose, with a marketing-consent checkbox in wording you control.
You can require the form before download or leave it optional. The resulting list exports to Excel, so the organiser gets it on the day rather than a fortnight later. That is usually the deliverable they actually care about — worth remembering when you price the work.
An edited portrait, not a snapshot
A headshot ends up on LinkedIn with your name attached to it. Fotoflo delivers the file you exported, so the attendee receives the retouched, correctly cropped portrait — not the raw frame. This is the main practical difference from face-recognition event apps, which are faster to set up but hand over unedited images.
No app, no account, no queue
Attendees scan a QR code or type a four-digit code and land on a download page carrying your branding — or the client's. No app install, no signup, and no selfie required, which matters at events where some attendees will decline to submit a photo of their face to a third party.
Codes on cards, when there is no screen
Not every booth has room for a monitor. Each photo also gets a four-digit PIN code, so you can hand out a printed card and let the attendee collect their portrait later from your own domain.

What it looks like from your side
Two screens: the one you run the shoot from, and the one where you make the page the viewer lands on your own.

Run the shoot
Every export lands in your project within seconds. Pick the frame you want live, and the QR code the viewer scans updates with it.

Make the page yours
Set the theme, fonts, background and logo of the page the viewer lands on. Preview it on phone and desktop, then publish in one click.
