QR and PIN codes
In QR projects each photo gets a QR code the guest scans. In PIN projects it gets a 4-digit PIN instead, for the guest who would rather type. Either way they land on a web page: no app, no account.
Works when the Wi-Fi doesn't
Exports queue on your laptop when the venue network drops and upload when it returns, retrying by themselves. A photo's QR appears as soon as its preview is online, without waiting for the full-resolution file.

Group photos into an album and give the set one code of its own, for a couple, a team or a whole group shot.
Pick & show
How guests find their photo
Guests always end up in the client gallery: the web page that holds their photo and where they download it. A QR code or a PIN is how they get in. You choose which, and what the gallery shows.
Two settings in each project decide it. Access mode is QR code or PIN code. In QR mode, the gallery then shows either a single photo or all photos. You can change them in the middle of an event.
One QR, always the latest
The default. The client gallery shows a single QR code that points at the photo you made active. Leave it on a screen and guests scan it as they pass. Choose how long each code stays up, or let it expire after its first view. New exports can go live by themselves, or you choose each frame by hand.

Photo templatesPaid project
Put every new photo into your own template, or lay a watermark on it, before it uploads. You place the photo, check the result against sample images, and switch it on or off per project. The guest receives the framed photo.
Print codes
Bring your own card design as a PDF, PNG or JPG, place the QR on it, and Fotoflo saves a print-ready file for every photo or album: cards, labels or receipts. Choose paper size and resolution from 203 to 600 dpi, and run a practice print first. In PIN projects the PIN is printed next to the code. Printing straight to a printer is in beta.

Set the theme, fonts, background and logo of the page the guest lands on. Preview it on phone and desktop before it goes live.

Your files stay yours
Fotoflo keeps your originals on disk while photos wait to upload. Deleting a photo in Fotoflo removes only Fotoflo's copies, never your file.
Two-factor sign-in
Protect your account with an authenticator app. The desktop app asks for the code too, so you stay signed in there.
More than one computer
Use the same account on several computers. If another one has your open project in use, the app warns you, and signing out on one doesn't sign you out of the others.

Each project stays active for 14 days after you start it. Viewers download their photos during the event. When the project closes it stops serving, and the copies you uploaded are deleted from our storage a few days later. Photos already downloaded are theirs to keep.
